Refund policy

At Khaam PK, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

To request a return, customers must contact us with order details and clear images or video proof of the issue.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Used or washed products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds may be issued as:

    • Store credit, or

    • Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (where applicable)

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not refunded in cash.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by Khaam PK

  • If the return is approved for other valid reasons, shipping charges may be borne by the customer


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible


7. Processing Time

  • Return and refund requests are processed within 7–10 working days after approval


8. Policy Changes

Khaam PK reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
