Refund policy
At Khaam PK, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
To request a return, customers must contact us with order details and clear images or video proof of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Change of mind after delivery

Used or washed products

Items damaged due to customer misuse

Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed after the returned item is received and inspected

Approved refunds may be issued as:

Store credit, or
-
Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (where applicable)

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not refunded in cash.
4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items

Exchange is subject to product availability

If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by Khaam PK

If the return is approved for other valid reasons, shipping charges may be borne by the customer
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
7. Processing Time

Return and refund requests are processed within 7–10 working days after approval
8. Policy Changes
Khaam PK reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
